Creative Critical Reflection

The equipment I used in the whole process of this film journey was an iPhone 11 camera, and a computer. I didn't use very much equipment. we used the iPhone 11 for the camera to film on we used a computer to edit the film. I learned how to use a phone camera to the best of my ability. I've always known how to edit but with this process, I learned how to edit better than I was able to before.

Creative Critical Reflection

I became a better filmmaker through the process of trial and error and learning how to use a camera better. When I first started filming, my acting and recording weren't the best. I'm still not the best there is still a lot more room for improvement but I am much better than I was when I started. learning all the shots and the meaning also did help a lot because it taught me how to convey meaning through angles.        I learned that it's a long process and it's not easy. in the beginning, it was all about thinking of what type of film you want to make. Thinking of what genre you want to make your film in. Then towards the middle, you're trying to think of a name for your film and you're also writing the script for the film then. In the end, you are taking all the work you did and putting it into action. then turning it into a film I will leave the class knowing a lot more knowledge than I did coming in from the classroom. I will leave this class knowing ho

locations of the film and the thought process

We decided to film the scenes in a stairwell, a bathroom, and a hallway. We wanted it to give off high school vibes shot the scenes in a school. Each scene is about 30 to 10 seconds long. and for the opening title ill be using premade images so the pictures won't be 100% originally but the use of it will

all the complications

Throughout the whole thing, we've ran into multiple complications; it's hard to get us all together and in school, so we can film. Since there is Carona we all arent coming to school every day, so it's much hard to have everyone here at once. One of our members keeps missing the bus so she's at home almost everyday and she is one of the important people need for us to film. So we kind of had to work around her and use different people so we could get the film done. We need to film the last part and we were going to do it today but all of our members didn't come today just two people. For that specific part of the film, we need 4 people in total, 3 people to be in the film and 1 to be filming.
The opening sequence in the movie clueless is a bunch of teenagers in the back of a jeep having fun and a blond girl and her friend shopping, and then they end up at a pool party . A lot happens in two minutes in the opening scene of clueless but not enough to tell you what happens throughout the movie. The meaning the movie gives off is the fun teenage life where they doing everything they want and going wherever they want. The tone of the opening gives off that almost everyday their life is an adventure doesn't give away too much it gives away and their just having fun.                     Clueless opening scene -  https://youtu.be/-UOcp9ydcM0

what movie am i trying to make

The movie I am trying to make is a drama comedy where it attracts teens and make them interested and want to watch. Like On My Block it attacks teens and makes them more interested because it something they can relate to. Radio Rebel is a teen movie where everyone loves this anonyms pod caster and nobody knows its her. so she has this secret life of fame and her normal life isn't as popular she one of the kids you would consider a nerd or even weird. It’s like Hannah Montana everyone at one point in their life wanted to be like her and have a secret identity which your secret identity is famous. Good boys is a movie where kids are are moving from elementary to middle and they are adulting. Teens will go and watch something like that since they been there before and they can look back and laugh at it and recall their old memories. What all the shows and movies have in common are they opening title are big and have eye catching colors like red and white. So when making a drama comedy
